Study On The Setup And Optimization Of The Investment And Financing Service System For The Chamber Of Commerce

The small and medium-sized enterprises(SME)play an important role in China's economy,and the economy aggregate of the SME occupied more than 60%of the GDP,which make great contributions to solving cities and towns employment and promoting the national economic development.But the SME are allocated only 20%of the economic resources,which is unreasonable.Especially the investment and financing issue that the SME faces has become the bottleneck of the enterprises' rapid development.Therefore,establishing a wholesome service system of investment and financing,and helping the SME pull through the financing difficulty seem to be a common concern of the issue and need to be resolved urgently.In this article,experienced in the Chamber of Commerce for more than ten years,the author proposed a system of the combination of investment and financing,relying on the platform of the local Chamber of Commerce,setting an investment and financing service system for the SME to solve the investment and financing issue.After analyzing the history of the Chamber of Commerce and the trend of SME having mushroomed in the modern society,the author thinks that the inadequate financing is the main reason for restricting the development of the SME.The author advocates a service system which depends strongly,wildly and deeply on trade associations,and proposes a variety of investment and financing incorporative structure,which involves bank loans,secured loans,mortgage,micro credit loans,equity investments,venture capital,and private equity as well to establish the service system of investment and financing in the Chamber of Commerce,which will contribute to breaking the bottleneck in the way of development.Through the research in this paper,the author expects to provide some theoretical and practical references for the establishment of SME investment and financing system by relying on the Chamber of Commerce.
