The Planning And Design Of The Provincial Power Grid Enterprises Emergency Supplies Reserve Center

In recent years,a series of unexpected events have caused great harm to the safe operation of the grid.Because researches about emergency material reserves of power grid enterprises are few,the emergency supplies reserve system of provincial power grid enterprises are mostly still in the original state.Various problems,for example,unreasonable location of emergency supplies reserve center,unreasonable layout of internal functional areas,lack of science in determining the number of material reserves and choosing equipments are widespread existence.Therefore,researches about the planning and design of the provincial power grid enterprises emergency supplies reserve center are urgently needed,in order to decrease the impact of emergencies on the safe operation of power grids and safeguard the security of electricity supply.The main structure of this research consists of three parts,namely emergency supplies reserve center location and scale,the amount of material reserves allocation of emergency supplies reserve center,emergency supplies reserve center functional area layout and equipment selection,each part combined with numerical examples to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.When Study the location problem,this research establishes provincial power grid enterprises emergency supplies reserve center location model,combined with the objectives and principles of the provincial power grid enterprises emergency supplies reserve center location.NSGA-? algorithm is used for model solving.When determine the size of the emergency supplies reserve center,considering a lack of historical data,this research creatively propose forecast ideas that firstly predict the scale of the reserves of emergency supplies,then predict the site area according to the scale.When determine the number of emergency supplies,annual material requirement considering the confidence interval is calculated using gray forecasting model,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to determine emergency supplies reserve method.Finally,the number of emergency supplies is determined combining material requirement and reserve method.Finally,SLP method is used to determine layout program of internal functional areas.Principles and factors about choosing device are introduced.Loading and unloading equipment and storage devices for emergency supplies reserve center are filtered.This study can improve emergency response capacity and efficiency of the provincial power grid enterprises,although the depth of research needs to be further strengthened,but has played a valuable role for future research.
