| The frequently occurring of vital emergent events not only damages people’s life andproperty tremendously, but also causes a certain effect on economic development. Areasonable reserve of emergency resources which is the premise and basic of respondingeffectively to vital emergent events can raise the emergency response capacity andenhance recourses’ use efficiency. At present emergency resources reserves in China stillexist many problems, such as single mode of emergency resources reserves, unreasonableamount of emergency resources reserves and so on. So it is necessary to study the reserveof emergency resources, in order to improve the effect of handing vital emergent events.Firstly, the thesis summed up the situation of study at home and abroad aboutemergency resources reserves and introduced the theoretical about emergency resourcesreserves.Secondly, it created a system of evaluating emergency resources based on the reserveof emergency resources, using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to grate andthen got the category of emergency resources, then provided five feasible emergencyresources reserve models following certain principles. Determine the reasonable reservemodel of different emergency resources according to the characteristics of various kinds ofresources and the strengths and weaknesses of the models.Thirdly, determine the amount of emergency reserve by the different reserve subjectsand the government’s subsidy which coordinated emergency resources supply chain in thecondition of capacity constraint and the government’s expected cost minimization andenterprise’s profit maximization as the goal.Finally, this paper employed quilts as an example by determining the category andthe amount of quilts to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method that determinethe reserve model through the classification of emergency resources and then calculatesreserve quantity, in order to provide useful advice for emergency resources reserving inour country. |
