Rural Tourism Ccommunity Residents Satisfaction Evaluation Model Construction And Application Research

Since the 1990s,rural tourism began to rise.In the 21st century,rural tourism entered a period of comprehensive development,tourist attractions increasing,function development,distribution expansion,presenting a good development situation.Domestic and international practice shows,the development of rural tourism is extremely important to rural communities,rural tourism can promote to the rural economic development,the living standards of residents,rural landscape,which has attracted extensive attention.Rural tourism involves many stakeholders,the rural community residents are the most direct,the most basic and most closely stakeholders of tourism benefits.The study sort out and analyze the factors of community residents'satisfaction to Rural Tourism by literature review and case statistical,build a more scientific community satisfaction evaluation theoretical models,including economic,social,cultural,environmental 3 level indicators,economic indicators constituted by five,social and cultural indicators constituted by six second-indicators,environmental indicators constituted by five second-indicators.According to theoretical models,through the opinions of experts using AHP method to determine the weight of level indicators and second-indicators in the theoretical model,and then get the overall evaluation model of rural tourism community residents in accordance with the evaluation step fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then,taking the Shaxian Sanming City Fujian province as an example,through the analysis of the obtained weight granted by AHP and the questionnaire,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method carrying on the appraisal to the local community residents' attitude for the development of rural tourism.The results showed:(1)Shaxian local residents brought for the development of the economic impact of rural tourism to "very satisfied" attitude of people accounted for 31.70%,hold to "satisfaction" attitude of people accounted for 27.26%,to "general"attitude of people accounted for 17.67%,to "not satisfied" attitude of people accounted for 10.05%,to "very dissatisfied" attitude of people accounted for 13.32%;(2)Shaxian local residents brought for the social and cultural influence of rural tourism to "very satisfied" attitude of people accounted for 24.08%,hold to "satisfaction" attitude of people accounted for 27.59%,to "general" attitude of people accounted for 27.59%,to "not satisfied" the attitude of people accounted for 18.98%,to "very dissatisfied" attitude of people accounted for 1.76%;(3)the environmental impact brought by Shaxian community residents to rural tourism development to "very satisfied" attitude of people accounted for 18.11%,hold to "satisfaction" attitude of people accounted for 36.33%,to "general" attitude of people accounted for 33.32%,to "not satisfied"attitude of people accounted for 10.08%,to "very dissatisfied" attitude of people accounted for 1.86%;(4)Shaxian residents to rural tourism development brought about the total effect to "very satisfied" attitude of the people accounted for 31.32%,hold to "satisfaction" attitude of people accounted for 26.93%,to "general" attitude of people accounted for 18.62%,to "not satisfied" attitude of people accounted for 9.96%,to "very dissatisfied" attitude of people accounted for 13.17%.Finally,by analyzing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results,from economic,social,cultural and environmental balance of the three levels:propose tourism residents' income,improve the economic perception of fairness;strengthen the protection of local culture and promote cultural integration;attention to the local environment and health,the timely processing of environmental pollution,three measures to improve the proposal for the development of rural tourism in order to promote the local residents' satisfaction of rural tourism development in order to achieve rural tourism and tourism community harmony,to lay the foundation for sustainable development.
