Study On The Farmers Satisfaction In The Process Of Community Participate In Rural Tourism

Rural tourism is an important field in the development of tourism industry in the current situation.With the "people oriented" and "shared development concept" in the development of China's public management and tourism, the importance of the increasingly prominent, The status and function of community participation in the development of rural tourism have been continuously strengthened.Under this background,from the perspective of the rural community as the main farmers,Through the comparative analysis of the influencing factors and the differences of their participation satisfaction, have a deep study on community participation in rural tourism development,not only to enrich and perfect the theoretical system of community participation in rural tourism,but also help to explore the development of the tourism industry and the community and the interests of farmers to win a win-win model and mechanism.In this paper, from the perspective of farmers' satisfaction,Reference and reference to previous research on the related variables of community participation in rural tourism,selected three representative rural tourism villages in Fuzhou were selected,through the actual investigation of local farmers,first builded a theoretical model analysis and hypothesis testing of rural tourism farmers satisfaction, then questionnaire pretest analysis, and according to the analysis results to modify the questionnaire, then the questionnaire into the formal investigation stage. Analysis of reliability test, descriptive statistics and factor analysis methods by acquiring data, constructed the theoretical model and research hypothesis, then using correlation analysis, regression analysis and other methods to verify and analyze different demographic characteristics of the farmers'perception and satisfaction degree of difference. The results showed that:social economy, culture, environment and other factors have a significant impact on Farmers' participation satisfaction; the different characteristics of the farmers' participation has a significant difference.Finally, from improving the comprehensive quality of farmers, improve farmers' sense of participation, strengthen rural tourism standardization management, strengthen the rural tourism organization degree and other aspects put forward proposals for the development of rural tourism in the development of community participation in the basis of the results of hypothesis testing, to provide guidance for the sustainable development of rural tourism.
