| Facing with the rapid growth of cargo throughput of container port,how to improve the quality of service and comprehensive competitiveness of port in the limited space resources is the focus of many enterprises concerned,most ports choose the modernization of container port and scientific management optimization of the container terminal operation.The gate which is located in a throat place of container port is the first pass of container to enter the port.The fact that the arrival of container truck is uncertain and random makes the gate the most important barriers to the port operation and affects the whole efficiency of the port operation.In order to shorten the queue length of container truck waiting at the gate and yard of the port,balance the amount of homework in the yard and gate,improve the utilization of space resources and reduce the occupying time of yard,this paper establishes a reservation model of container port truck based on Poisson process to optimize and solve the problems.The main contents are as follows:(1)The structure and business process of container port is described and a detailed analysis of the gate system is conducted and a basic description of the Poisson process is made.Then,the arrival characteristics of gate system truck are concluded and the time window distribution gate of container truck and the truck reservation mechanism are emphasized.(2)Though the shortening the queue length of container truck waiting at the gate and yard of the port,balancing the amount of homework in the yard and gate,improvement the utilization of space resources and reducing the occupying time of yard,a reservation model of container port truck based on Poisson process is established.(3)According to the model above,the genetic algorithm is selected and designed,the chromosome coding,population initialization,fitness values and constraint handling are detailed designed,including selection,crossover,mutation.(4)Combined with numerical examples,programming on the MATLAB platform to solve the reservation utilization model of container port truck,after the optimization,the waiting queue length and stacked retention time of container shipment in the yard and gate are obviously optimized and improved. |
