For business development,the people are the first.The personal customer manager is a bridge between banks and individual customers,and to expand the retail market,service quality customer banking products,and promoting business development,obtain comprehensive income plays a crucial role.Analysis and design of salary incentive system is an important content of human resources management in enterprises.Generous remuneration to attract talents,retain talents;the enthusiasm and initiative of scientific,reasonable compensation incentive system can stimulate the talents.However,by the mechanism,system and the historical factors,the current industrial and Commercial Bank of A branch in personal customer manager compensation incentive exists many problems,incentive effect salary too dependent on rank sequence,the salary level of market competitiveness is obviously insufficient,performance is not can give full play to such problems directly affect the stability of active,personal customer manager initiative and team work,is not conducive to industrial and Commercial Bank of A branch individual customer manager team building and personnel training,to a certain extent,affected the sustained,healthy development of retail business.In this paper,the industrial and Commercial Bank of A branch individual customer manager compensation incentive system as the research object,with the related theories of the compensation and incentive as the guidance,take the literature study,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire investigation and statistics analysis method,analysis of the current industrial and Commercial Bank of A branch individual customer,state of the science of salary management problems and causes.Based on referring to the domestic and foreign advanced incentive compensation experience,combined with the actual situation of ICBC A branch,optimization design of the bank personal customer manager compensation incentive system.Finally,in order to ensure the actual effect of personal customer manager compensation incentive system application,puts forward some measures and suggestions for the implementation of the industrial and Commercial Bank of A branch individual customer manager compensation incentive scheme.
