In recent years,China's financial market changes are increasing,the market interest rate reform is accelerating,the financial industry,commercial banking industry,the impact and challenges continue to increase.Commercial banks in order to achieve management,market competitiveness to achieve "turning point" changes,in the final analysis to rely on reform and innovation,relying on physical mechanism and customer manager team,management team building "chemical" changes.To "market-oriented,play the market in the allocation of resources in the decisive role" direction,the importance of reform and urgency of the understanding is unified,are directly affect the commercial bank business development focus.In this paper,the J branch business department as the main research object,in the bank customer manager team management status and existing customer manager performance appraisal system in-depth analysis to identify the existing problems,careful decomposition analysis.On this basis,the collection J branch business department of the business strategy development goals and business development concept,the client manager team management to optimize.Hope to implement the optimization program,change the current business situation,so that the optimization program to guide the construction of customer manager team "lights" and "touchstone."
