Research On Risk Control Of Supply Chain Finance Project WSX

With the development of China's economic transformation and the deepening of the reform,the supply chain model is gradually becoming a mutual benefit and win-win cooperation model among enterprises.Supply chain finance is a new financing mode to serve the supply chain.From the perspective of financial support,it is necessary to realize the circulation of information,capital and logistics between enterprises in the supply chain,and realize the supply and demand of the upstream and downstream suppliers,distributors and even retailers in financial support.It will further deepen the cooperation between enterprises in the chain,consolidate the alliance between each other,and promote the overall and coordinated development of the supply chain as a whole.However,in the course of the practice of supply chain finance,the risk has occurred.Core business and the development of small and medium enterprises have affected,and the overall stability of the supply chain have been challenged.At present,many financial institutions,small and medium enterprises take supply chain financial innovation practice but ignore the potential risks,so the risk control of supply chain finance has gradually become the focus of research and practice.Based on the supply chain and the core enterprise's internal demand,this paper takes the supply chain finance project WSX as the research object and discusses the credit risk control of supply chain finance with perspective of core enterprise.The main research content is to establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to analyze the risk of the WSX in the upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain finance project.Second,according to the empirical analysis,the risk prevention and control strategy is put forward for the supply scientifically chain finance project risk control.The research shows that the overall risk level of supply chain finance projects is intermediate,whether from upstream enterprises or downstream enterprises,among which the most important risks faced by upstream enterprises are operational risks,and the main risks faced by downstream enterprises are market risk.Accordingly,the risk control strategy of WSX in supply chain finance project should focus on controlling the operational risk of upstream enterprises and the market risk of downstream enterprises so as to realize the benign operation of supply chain finance projects.This paper is based on the study of existing supply chain finance concepts.Based on the core enterprise,with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper explores the risk control of supply chain finance from the perspective of core enterprise,and tries to gain some valuable enlightenment and experience from some core enterprises to promote the risk control practice of supply chain financial projects.
