Research On The Core Competitiveness Evaluation Of TN Food Group Based On Supply Chain

Since twenty-first Century,the increasingly open market of China has been globalized,which has led to a fundamental change in the competitive environment of Chinese enterprises.The competition is becoming more and more intense,and the environment is becoming more and more complex.Every enterprise should grow and grow in the increasingly fierce market environment.If we want to maintain our long-term competitive advantage,we must strive to cultivate our core competitiveness.The core competitiveness is the foundation for each enterprise to remain undefeated in the fierce market competition.At the same time,in recent years,supply chain management has been recognized by many companies,especially in the industry generally recognized by domestic and foreign manufacturing enterprises and the widespread use of supply chain management is put forward in the current trend of global economic development and the formation of a new management mode,short production cycle,low production cost is its salient features.This management method is a powerful tool for enterprises to improve their competitive strength and improve their economic benefits.In view of this,in this paper,the basic theory of supply chain,based on the core competence,the external factors on the TN food group of macro environment,industry environment and competition mechanism of internal factors and the analysis of the main value activities,the enterprise resources and ability of the depth of research,through empirical research methods of field survey,in-depth business research,find out the factors of TN food group core competitiveness,construct the evaluation index system of the core competitiveness of the TN food group,the evaluation of core competitiveness by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the TN food group overall and subordinate companies were quantified according to the evaluation results,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the core competitiveness of the TN food group,hope that through this study the theoretical basis for the sustainable development of the TN food group.
