| The long-term survival and sustainable development are the core issue that every entrepreneur pay attention to.To a long-term survival,enterprise must focus on the sustainable development.How can a firm attain the sustainable and healthy development in a fierce contest is a very important topic for the entrepreneurs,especially for the SMEs.In fact,the successful large groups and Transnational corporations have already told us clearly about how they developed from a nobody company to an illustrious group.That is: to gathering a group of people with high dedicated enthusiastic and endeavor towards a clear target.But how to ensure a SME not lose their strategic direction in a fast-developing process and to complete the objectives of the company accurately and efficiently? It is necessary to choose a right performance management tool which is suitable for the actual needs of the enterprise to promote SMEs to achieve their strategic goals.In this paper,I will take ZY insurance company as an example,use of literature review method to analysis the content of performance management,strategic performance management system and various types of performance management ways and tools;use the case study method to dissect the problems existing in the performance management and the implementing conditions for BSC in ZY insurance company.I have set 4 dimensions of performance management objectives from financial,customer,internal operation and learning and growth proceeded from the real situation of ZY insurance company.Last but not least,I have use the questionnaire survey and expert interview method to ensure the rationality for each index.Meanwhile I have set the weight for them.By finding out a successful way to realize the effective management of the strategic performance of ZY insurance company,the purpose of this paper is to provide an important reference for the small and medium-sized insurance companies to carry out strategic performance management effectively. |
