A Research On The Development And Application Of Construction Insurance In China

Following the internationalization of engineering project contract, the success of the project management is influenced by international polity and economy, trade of inlet and outlet, international relationship and etc. So it seems very important to manage risks of the engineering project. As a key way of risks management, construction insurance is worth studying and development and its application. This is meaningful.My thesis faces to the positive situation in our country that the construction insurance system is distempered. I analyze the system deeply. On the basis of a great deal of theory study and market research, I find the mostly problems in our system. The paper uses advanced experience of the developed countries for reference, and compares them with China. I analyze the problems all-sided and bring forward better means about strengthening policy, in taking new of insurance, reforming cost management system, amending finance and economy system, enhancing legal system and etc. Then, I design construction insurance system and guarantee system for China. The aim is exploring to build a scientific, practical, effective construction Insurance system that adapts to the situation of China.
