A Comparative Study On Sustainable Growth Of China-Japan Longevity Enterprises Based On Financial Perspective

In recent years,the issue of sustainable development of enterprises has gradually become a topic of common concern between academia and practice.Enterprises are no longer concerned about the simple profit growth rate and market share,but look to the future,in a rapidly changing market competition to maintain long-term advantages and even to achieve sustainable development.Financial sustainable growth is a necessary condition for enterprises to achieve sustainable development,but also an empirical method to analyze the sustainable development of enterprises an important point of view.Japan is the world's most recognized longevity enterprises in the country,as the same East Asian cultural circle of China and Japan,what valuable sustainable development experience do Japan longevity enterprises have ? Can it provide an effective reference for the development of China longevity enterprises ? This is the direction of the majority of scholars have been research,but also original intention to through the Sino-Japanese longevity enterprises comparative study and learn from the sustainable development experience of Japanese longevity enterprises to guide our longevity enterprises to achieve sustainable development.Based on the analysis of four sustainable growth models,this paper chooses Higgins' sustainable growth model and compares the sustainable growth rate and actual growth rate of China and Japan from three dimensions of business,year and the whole sample.First,the enterprise perspective of the results: China achieve sustainable growth accounted for 71%,Japan achieve sustainable growth accounted for 100%;Second,the annual perspective of the results: China achieve sustainable growth accounted for 53%,Japan achieve sustainable growth accounted for 93%;Thirdly,analysing the situation of growing too fast and growing too slowly from the perspective of the whole sample of Sino-Japanese enterprises.Finally,the paper analyzes the change of the rank ratio of Chinese enterprises before and after 2010.The results show that the whole sample of Chinese enterprises grows too fast before 2010;However,since 2011,China has entered the 12 th Five-Year Development Plan,the transformation of economic structure has accelerated,and China's national economic development has gradually entered a new normal state.In this macroeconomic background,Chinese enterprises are facing a downward trend in real growth rates and they are in a state of insufficient growth.Finally,give some recommendations to achieve sustainable financial growth of China longevity enterprises combining with the experiences of the development of Japan longevity enterprises and the problems of China longevity enterprises,from two cases of growing too fast and growing slowly.At the same time,this paper analyzes how to realize the sustainable growth of enterprises from innovation,brand,human resources and operation.
