If an enterprise required development, it should achieve the growth of financial perspective at first, in order to get enough resource. The ideal way of growth is financial sustainable growth. A lot of enterprises have not got the importance of this, so many enterprises pursue the high-speed growth of financial perspective. However, rapid growth may quickly consume the enterprise's financial resource, even leads to the bankruptcy. In China, many enterprises have not paid more attention to the administration of growth. That is why so many enterprises were abandoned by market after an abnormal rapid growth. To achieve the goal, the enterprise has to improve itself comprehensively. Strategy maps can improve learning and growth perspective, customer perspective and internal processes perspective together to achieve financial sustainable growth. Basing on the concept of strategy maps, the paper focuses on the problem that is how strategy maps can help enterprise achieve financial sustainable growth, and programs the implementation of strategy maps.After literature review the paper analyses according to the following:(1) I define the state of financial sustainable growth:When an enterprise has no much more equity financing and debt financing, just depends on the profit and the perfect work capital administration to keep the growth of sales, profit growth rate and ROE are good, and there is no differences between sales growth rate and sustainable growth rate or the difference can be explained, we can say that the enterprise is on the way of financial sustainable growth. The key of achieving financial sustainable growth is whether the enterprise has sustainable financial resource to support its growth. There are two main ways to get financial resource, one is the accumulation of the enterprise, the other is the financing from outside, which includes equity financing and debt financing. (2) The paper points out the way to achieve financial sustainable growth is learning and growth perspective, customer perspective and internal processes perspective work together harmoniously. To be a new tool and concept of administration, strategy maps can bring the enterprise excellent achievement and financial sustainable growth by improving learning and growth perspective, customer perspective and internal processes perspective. It is the key to achieve financial sustainable growth and the logical connection between strategy maps and financial sustainable growth. (3) The core concept of strategy maps includes:①Improving the administration of the enterprise and achieving financial sustainable growth by improving three perspectives of strategy maps;②Using strategy maps to describe strategies and direct implementation. I theoretically analysis the function of the three perspectives of strategy maps for financial sustainable growth. Then I prove the possibility of the whole of three aspects can help enterprise achieve financial sustainable growth. (4) After the academic analysis, this paper program the way which can help enterprise achieve financial sustainable growth by strategy maps. I make the programming on learning and growth perspective, customer perspective and internal processes perspective, set up the indexes which estimate for each perspective, and achieve the best result of the performance of strategy maps by collecting and analysing the indexes. (5) After the programming, I choose Haier which is a national level leading company in the industry of the electric appliances to be an example to implement the programming. I analyse the necessity (Haier still has some problems of financial sustainable growth.) and the possibility (the administration of Haier almost accords to the core concept of strategy maps) of using strategy maps. Then I explain the strategies of learning and growth perspective, customer perspective and internal processes perspective of Haier and the parts which should be improved after implementing strategy maps. At last, three perspectives are integrated to draw the strategy maps of Haier. This paper can help Chinese enterprises achieve financial sustainable growth by using strategy maps.By the academic analysis, the programming and the implementation of Haier, I draw a conclusion that enterprise should use strategy maps to improve their administration comprehensively, draw its strategy maps to direct implementation of strategies to achieve financial sustainable growth. After drawing the conclusions, I give Chinese enterprises four advices of using strategy maps, I think it is useful to enterprises for implementing strategy maps in their administration.
