In the context of economic globalization,China's economic development is increasingly affected by the global environment,and Chinese enterprises must withstand the challenges of the global economic environment if they want to develop.Since the 1990 s,the development of Chinese enterprises has played a role in promoting the development of China's economy.However,due to the short life span and poor development of Chinese enterprises,many of them are often ephemeral.After a few years of glory,they are either replaced or stagnate,and gradually disappear from the industry.According to statistics,the average life span of Chinese enterprises is 3-4 years,and the development ability is weak.Enterprises with high growth rate only account for 3.32% of all enterprises.In contrast,in Japan,enterprises are highly capable of development and have an average life span of 35.7 years,among which more than 27,000 enterprises have survived for more than 100 years.Behind the large number of Japanese companies because these companies have a set of complete and softness of the corporate culture,this advanced corporate culture can not only make the development of Japanese companies is rooted in the profound national culture,and can make the changes to adapt to The Times given by the new connotation,thus obtain the continuous development and innovation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the corporate culture of Japanese enterprises,especially the longevity enterprises represented by Japanese enterprises,to solve the weakness of Chinese enterprises and promote their development.Taking corporate culture as the main clue,this paper mainly explores the influence of Japanese corporate culture on its own development.Firstly,it sorts out the definition,characteristics and structure of corporate culture,and comprehensively reviews the previous scholars' opinions on the influence of Japanese corporate culture on enterprises.Secondly,it summarizes the status quo of Japanese enterprises,including longevity enterprises,and emphasizes that the driving force of Japanese longevity enterprises is the corporate culture formed under the influence of Japanese national culture.Again,in reference to previous research methods,according to the connotation of enterprise culture,constitute the index system of enterprise culture,select enterprise cohesion,enterprise salary system rationality,enterprise education and training to the staff of three indicators,using Stata12.0 software using random effects regression method to assignment of three indicators of weight,measure,2007-2017,Japan's longevity enterprise culture level,and they were analyzed.Finally,the model is set up,and the corporate culture level of each enterprise is brought into the model,and other control variables are added to expand the model.On the basis of the positive correlation between corporate culture and corporate development obtained from the overall regression,the group regression =and analysis are carried out on the three indicators of corporate culture.Under the tide of globalization economy,the development of China's economy ultimately needs to be realized with the help of the development of enterprises.At present,the development ability of China's enterprises still needs to be improved.According to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for the development of China's enterprises.
