The poverty is a worldwide problem,which is an important factor that affects the whole world economic development and the overall progress of human society.China is currently in the transition period,the change of population structure,as the historical factors,future and realistic factors,have an important effect for that the phenomenon of poverty is still protruding,therefore,to eradicate poverty,improve people's livelihood,and gradually achieve common prosperity,are the main thing of China currently,but also to ensure the poor out of poverty in rural areas in 2020 and building a well-off society in the most arduous task.Although after the reform and opening up,with the rapid growth of Chinese GDP anti-poverty in rural areas of the China made outstanding achievements,However,poverty and anti-poverty is a dynamic change,at present,the Chinese poverty in rural areas has deep changes.These changes to make anti-poverty more difficult,the cost of poverty is higher.Based on this,after the party's eighteen,C hinese government will put an important eye on the poverty,as the key to achieve the goal of the first hundred years o f struggle,highlighting the importance of poverty alleviation and development.China's antipoverty work has opened a new historical process.In the poor rural areas to urban labor mobility has become a common phenomenon in C hina,and brought far-reaching influence to China social,also become focus of academic research.In this paper,using of 14 poor villages in Gansu province social survey data,use ways of descriptive statistics,statistics and Econometrics in mean variance comparison,elastic analys is method and logistic and probit model analysis the impact of labor mobility in poor rural areas on the social and economic development of rural areas.The results show that the labor mobility in rural poverty areas has a significant positive effect on increasing farmers' income,reducing the incidence of poverty,and promoting the overall poverty reduction in rural poverty areas.But at the same time,the rural areas due to the low age,male labor force of rural surplus labor force leads to aging,women s howed such characteristics,from the perspective of the development of industrial structure is reasonable,the long-term development of this change on agriculture is unfavorable.More about labor in poor rural areas of rural poverty reduction flow,because of the author's research level and the data collection in this limit,it is difficult to make an accurate conclusion,this is the author needs further research focus.
