Research On Poverty Reduction Effect To Labor Force Transfer From Multidimensional Poverty Perspective

2020 is the year in which our country will be fully built into a well-off society,and it will also be the year of ending poverty.At this stage,poverty reduction and poverty reduction has become an important issue of concern to the party and the people of the country.With the development of long-term poverty alleviation work,my country's poverty-stricken population continues to decrease.Accurate poverty identification and targeted poverty alleviation have become the focus of current poverty alleviation work.The ultimate effect of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation is affected by multiple factors.In recent years,academia has conducted research on the factors influencing poverty reduction in rural areas based on many different perspectives,and has formed a large number of research results from the macro level of economy,income distribution,financial payment,and the micro level of education,health,and work experience.Poverty is caused by many different factors such as economy,society,and culture,and it shows the basic characteristics of dynamic changes over time.In the process of implementing targeted poverty alleviation,it is necessary to accurately and accurately identify poor households."Two worry-free and three guarantees" clearly stipulates the exit criteria for poor households from many different dimensions such as income,education,medical care and housing.Under the background of social development and poverty alleviation in the new era,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural poverty in China based on the perspective of multidimensional poverty,and takes the multidimensional poverty reduction effect of rural labor transfer as the main research content,and strives to contribute to my country's overall poverty alleviation.This article first completes the comprehensive construction of the multidimensional poverty test system,selects the actual micro data of the China Family Dynamics Tracking Survey(CFPS)in 2012,2014,2016,and 2018,and out-of-home work is a characteristic variable of labor transfer,based on income and education,Health,and living standards have completed the comprehensive framework of the theoretical analysis framework of the labor transfer poverty reduction effect,and clarified the practical role of labor transfer multidimensional poverty reduction.Through research,it is found that the degree of deprivation of rural households on various indicators is uneven,and the deprivation of indicators varies from year to year.In addition,labor transfer has obvious income poverty reduction and multidimensional poverty reduction effects,but under the circumstances of high poverty dimension,its marginal contribution will also weaken.Finally,starting from the current actual situation,some targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: in the targeted poverty alleviation work,the difference between the two standards of income poverty and multidimensional poverty must be fully considered to effectively identify the poor population;Efforts to invest in education to better reflect the poverty reduction performance of human capital in education;strengthen the formulation and improvement of the rural medical security system to ensure that families can have a high level of health;break the restrictions on the transfer of labor force in rural households and enable them to transfer personnel Have a higher competitiveness;properly handle the issues related to the education of children and the health of the elderly in labor-transferred families,and improve the poverty situation of transferred families.
