| The problem of poverty refers to the poverty of the population.Since the reform and opening up,the implementation of the family planning policy,the advancement of the urbanization process the large amount of labor out of the labor force have made great changes in the size and structure of the rural population.These changes are mainly reflected in the gradual decline of the rural population in China,” Hollow ",the phenomenon of aging,there have been abandoned land in rural areas,the village dying or even the reality of the demise of the situation.At the same time,China's precision poverty alleviation has entered a crucial stage,so studying the demographic transition in rural areas,especially the impact of demographic changes on poverty and how to achieve poverty in the existing demographic transition have a theoretical and practical significance.As a result of the impact of existing data,this paper studies the impact of rural population structure on poverty.On the basis of the existing literature research,the survey data of 14 sample villages were used to analyze the population structure change,and the poverty situation of the sample village under the population structure was analyzed.Finally,analyzes the impact of the household demographic structure on the poverty.Specific conclusions are as follows:First,with the rural youth labor force in a large number of transfer,the rural resident population mostly for the elderly,children and their own endowments poor labor force,rural areas appeared "hollow",aging phenomenon;Second,Due to the constraints of the main conditions of the village and the conditions of the poor population,the poor population is almost the resident population.Thirdly,by analyzing the demographic structure,income structure and expenditure structure of the poor and non-poor households,it can be found that the The population structure shows the proportion of the elderly population and the proportion of children and the proportion of the labor force is relatively small,so the corresponding reduction in income and expenditure on the corresponding family;Fourth,through the measurement model analysis of the farmers.The impact of household demographic structure on per capita net income,among which the proportion of labor force,the number of years of labor education,the employment characteristics of labor force and the health status of labor force have a positive effect on the per capita net income of farmer households.The gender characteristics of labor force are higher than that of household income negative effect.Based on the conclusion of this paper,putting forward some relevant policy suggestions: First,to optimize the rural spatial structure,we should focus on different townships and different villages,classify,locate and plan,form small and medium-sized cities,key towns and villages Three-tier spatial structure.Second,for different population according to local conditions,classification guidance.For the disabled,intellectual disabilities,the elderly population and other special groups,to achieve the social security system and poverty alleviation policy effective convergence,and gradually rural family-based pension model,improve the proportion of social institutions pension;for poor areas of young people,strengthen skills training and labor To strengthen the training of rural migrant workers in rural areas,to develop rural non-agricultural industries,to create non-agricultural employment opportunities,improve the income level.Third,pay attention to the poverty of the population of independent poverty alleviation,and gradually increase the proportion of human resources development and investment,increase the concern of poor and vulnerable groups. |
