is the current focus of attention.Sothe city commercial bank must provide the diversified financial services for clients,covering the construction of business development of commercial banks,the scientific performance management system in all aspects of internal personnel arrangements,to enhance the ability of city commercial banks to cope with the market changes and effective,to obtain greater benefits.The balanced scorecard strategic management system is proposed in early twentieth Century by the American Kaplan and Norton,has experienced years of development and improvement,and gradually formed a set of perfect system and complete application model.By virtue of its new strategic performance management tools the advantages,in various industries such as retailing,manufacturing optimize the performance evaluation methods of financial indicators as the main body,in which the added non-financial indicators,which can fully expand to the management of the enterprise Comprehensive evaluation,change the past only pay attention to financial factors,which can effectively enhance the market competitiveness of the bank,and also can enhance its ability to cope with the challenges brought by the global financial integration,to ensure its stable,healthy development down.MT bank as a representative of the domestic city commercial banks,can not avoid the trend of reform brings challenges due to increasing market competition and regulatory pressure,its internal management is facing higher requirements.However,the original performance management system has many problems,unable to meet the business development requirements.Together with previous performance management system can not adapt with the new competitive situation,so research on the performance management of commercial banks to construct a scientific and reasonable performance management system is the first MT bank work.Research on the domestic and foreign relevant literature by the author,and the MT bank specific development combination This paper analyzes the advantages of Balanced Scorecard,and uses the Balanced Scorecard as a tool to build a performance management system in line with its own characteristics.This paper takes MT bank as an example,the analysis of the existing MT bank performance system present situation and problems in the development process,established its own characteristics in line with the new performance evaluation system.This paper uses the combination of theory and practice,using the method of literature review,case analysis,questionnaire survey method and AHP,to the application of Balanced Scorecard in the performance evaluation system in MT bank analysis.This thesis consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,introduces the research background,specific purpose,method and content;the second chapter is literature review,describes the current domestic and foreign in the Balanced Scorecard and city commercial Bank Specific research results of performance evaluation;the third chapter introduces the traditional banking performance management defects and balanced scorecard advantages;the fourth chapter chose MT bank as an example,first introduces the performance evaluation method of the current implementation of the MT bank,the performance evaluation methods of existing problems,causes and internal and external environment how to identify whether it meets the application conditions of Balanced Scorecard and feasibility;the fifth chapter designs the Balanced Scorecard in line with the actual development characteristics of MT bank card at the branch level,expansion of the Balanced Scorecard contains indicators,in accordance with the specific questionnaires,using the analytic hierarchy process MT bank balance specific methods for determining the weights of evaluation indexes of scorecard,finally elaborated the MT bank to implement the Balanced Scorecard process in concern;the sixth chapter through the summary of the full text,the article draws the conclusions and limitations,and prospects for the future.Using the Balanced Scorecard design MT bank performance evaluation system,combined with the development of enterprise strategy,the design ideas and principles are expounded,according to AHP to scientific weights are given that in the process of performance management related considerations.But with the Balanced Scorecard to MT bank can always adhere to the strategic objectives,grasp the key performance.caused by the working enthusiasm of the staff,improve the market competitiveness of MT bank,maximize the interests of shareholders.
