Study On The Development Of Characteristic Agricultural Industry In Yizhang County

The development of characteristic agricultural industry is the focus of deepening the structural reform of agricultural supply side.It is the innovation point to promote farmers' income,agricultural efficiency and rural prosperity.It is also the focus of deepening the reform of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.To this end,the development of characteristic agricultural industry has become a research topic which domestic and foreign experts and scholars are interested in.And Yizhang County,Hunan Province is a traditional agricultural county,in the process of development of characteristic agriculture,it makes full use of its own resources and environmental advantages.The characteristic agricultural industry is vigorously developed,but in practice,there are many problems also exposed.Investigation,analysis and summary are needed.This paper attempts to improve the efficiency of the development of characteristic agricultural industry in Yizhang County,and also has a positive effect on the development of agricultural industry in other areas.This paper takes Yizhang County of Hunan Province as the object of empirical analysis,using industrial organization theory,regional economic theory and the theory of agricultural industrialization,by reading literature,field research method,comparative analysis and other research methods,empirical research on the system of traditional agricultural county in Yizhang County.Combing three major barriers in the development of the characteristic agricultural industry in Yizhang County,we will find them: green agriculture industry chain is not long existed;low degree of industrialization organization;green and sustainable development is not enough.Through the experience of domestic and foreign characteristic agricultural industrialization development experience,two useful revelations are drawn: under the new normal three mergers and acquisitions which can speed up the process of agricultural modernization;hard and soft resources are the basis of the development of characteristic agricultural industry.Five countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: to strengthen the government leading role;to promote the development of leading enterprises;to speed up the construction of industrial parks;to shape regional brand;vigorously to develop cooperative organizations.
