Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Lotus Root Industry Development In Baoying County

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has always insisted on solving the agriculture,rural areas,and peasant issues as the top priority of the party's work.With the structural reform of the supply side,we will lead the development of the industry with advantageous characteristics,adhere to the goal of promoting industrial development and increasing farmers'income,and focus on the agricultural leading industries of "regional advantages and local characteristics" and actively develop regional characteristic industries.It has become the top priority of the local government's agricultural and rural work.In recent years,Baoying County has cultivated rice,aquatic vegetables,aquatic products and waterfowl "four waters"characteristic agriculture by utilizing regional resource advantages.In particular,the lotus root industry has become a highlight project to promote the county's economic development.However,in the face of fierce competition between domestic and international markets and between regions and industries,Baoying County's lotus root industry is facing serious challenges.For this reason,this article as a theory combined with the actual applied research,the integrated use of agricultural industrialization theory,competitive advantage theory research of Baoying charge to industry development,at the same time,the scholars at home and abroad of characteristic industry and characteristic agriculture,characteristic economy is based on the research experience of the respect,such as,using the method of literature research,on-the-spot investigation,comparative analysis research method,research the Baoying charge to the existing problems in the development of industry,on the basis of analyze the reasons and put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the development of charge to industry steadily.The main conclusions of this study are as follows;the development of the lotus root industry in Baoying County has achieved good results and effectively promoted the increase of farmers' income,but some serious problems are also exposed,such as:the research and development of lotus root industrial production technology and investment is not enough;the overall level of processing and marketing,fine products and development depth of lotus root is low;brand construction and publicity of lotus root seriously lag;Industrial chain related subjects are immature.The main causes of the problem are lack of capital sources,low degree of industrial integration,lagging marketing concept and low degree of organization of related subjects in industrial chain.The measures for the steady development of the lotus root industry in Baoying County are as follows:increasing the investment in science and technology and increasing the international competitiveness of Baoying lotus root;optimizing the industrial structure of Baoying lotus root and carry out research and development and production of high,refined and sharp deep processing products;strengthen the construction of regional public brands and accelerate the development of e-commerce;effectively integrate the resources of four parties and further optimize the organizational model of lotus root industry.
