Research On The Construction Of Intelligent Transportation System In Q City

China's urbanization is accelerating.Intelligent transportation system can improve city administrators' capability on transportation management,provide citizens optimized travel experience.By applying big data technology,urban public traffic construction will be faced with important development opportunities.This paper takes Q City as an example,using innovation theory,big data theory,combining theoretical analysis with investigation and study to research Q city's intelligent transportation system construction mechanism.This paper analyzes current situation and existing problems of Q city's traffic system based on the general planning and targets of the city's intelligent transportation system,particularly key elements such as value,business positioning,resources,and capabilities of the main participants involved in the construction and operation.This paper puts forward that government investment representatives and social enterprises with certain strength form Q city's intelligent transportation investment and construction platform company to fulfill investment,financing,construction and management functions of the city's intelligent transportation project.The platform company takes building a high-tech company as long-term goal,focuses on long-term development.The key businesses of the platform company include Q city's intelligent transportation system financing,construction and long-haul operation,gradually accumulating capability on traffic big data management,especially on traffic big data administration and application during the construction.The platform company will not only provide efficient city traffic management,public services,bring the government steady service income,but also support rapid formation of core competitiveness with commercial application of big data.The platform company develops traffic big data resources under government supervision,leading innovation of local information industry and data application,creates supporting environment for continuous optimization of Q city's intelligent transportation system.Hence it will drive local economy growth,realize value of government,public and platform company,reaching a win-win situation.Based on the positioning of the platform company,this paper puts forward basic ideas of applying various financing channels,construction guarantee measures and evaluation mechanisms at different stages.The research object of this paper is Q City,which has common characteristics of information construction and application in third-tier cities in China.The author hopes that the research perspective and conclusions obtained in this paper can not only be applied in the construction of intelligent transportation system of Q City,but also provide useful reference for traffic information construction in similar cities.
