| With the advancement of the Chinese Reform and Open up,the acceleration of urbanization,people from all walks such as rural laborers and intellectuals emigrate into big cities for better opportunities,the population of city has sharply increased since 1980 s.Thus the conflicts between the increasing population and current transportation system have become more and more serious.The traffic jam has been troubling the administrators,how to cope with it has been the crucial issue for top designers.The ideal of transition and creation has been applied in many fields,some new and innovative ides have been used in road transportation enterprises.Experts put forward the construction of intelligent transportation city and the sponge city,which have been experimented in some cities and some achievement has been made.The application of technology in transportation brings a lot of convenience for administrators,such as the construction of the off-site traffic violation punishment and management system,with which leaders of the traffic management bureau can have a map of the traffic conditions in the central monitoring room with Closed Circuit Television,and much workforce is saved.The traffic management business tends to fast development.Essentially,the informatized and intelligentized traffic management system plays a key role in the construction of smart city with intelligent transportation system.Data will be processed in the Central Processing Unit with the Cloud-store technique.The big data will be from the following systems: the latest techniques of Traffic Flows Detection,Intelligent Traffic Signal Control System,Traffic Guidance System,Ultra High-Definition and Long-range Traffic Monitoring System,Intelligent Parking System and The Off-site Traffic Violation Punishment and Management System,By analyzing the data acquired from the big data,administrators can find out a feasible way which will be helpful for the integration of urban traffic,reducing the burden of traffic and create convenience for citizens.Take the Gongqingcheng City as an example,a county-level city,since late 2016,being an important part of Nanchang-Jiujiang Economic Zone and nine universities will settle here.With the increase of population,the burden of road transportation has been much heavier than before.Traffic administration department are facing new challenges.With inadequate workers,it is urgent and necessary for the metropolitan leaders to optimize the traffic system for relieving the the demands conflicts.They intend to build intelligent transportation system and reconstruct the main roads monitoring system.However,it is rather difficult for a county-level city,because of the shortage of strategy,financial support,technology and safety awareness.It is true for Gongqingcheng City.The metropolitan leaders have been confused because high technology talents have flooded in to big cities such as Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou,the financial aid has been trivial.Under this circumstances,Gongqingcheng City must take feasible and creative measures to make up the shortage of workforce and capital to maintain the stable working of transportation system and reduce road traffic accidents.On the basis of that,the thesis takes the transportation of Gong qing city as the research subject,using research method of combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis,which starts from the present sitiaution of the city transportation management,and deeply analysises the reasons why these problems appeared from the angelgs of government management,economic control,and so on.And it fully combines with the development status of Gong qing city,puts forward some pointed optimum suggestions,providing practical references for the construction and application of intelligent transportation of Gong qing city,promoting the continuous improvement of transportation management level of Gong qing city.At the same time,it also provides references for the construction of intelligent transportation in the other regions of our country. |
