Study On The Construction Of Highway Intelligent Transportation System In Yunnan

Taking Yunnan Province as an example, this paper studies the management service mode, the integration of infrastructure resources, the demand of managers and service objects, the goal of construction, the mode of construction and so on. This paper through extensive research, systematic analysis, combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, the use of management theory combined with the Yunnan road transport situation, through refining, drawing, calculation, induction and other means,expounds the present situation and the foundation of intelligent transportation construction in Yunnan Province, the development situation and demand facing the road of wisdom transport construction measures and other key techniques feasible. In order to further improve the informatization level of Yunnan Province, intelligent transportation construction and management, to provide basic conditions and preliminary solutions and Countermeasures to create "green transportation, intelligent transportation, smooth travel concept, so as to provide the reference to enhance and improve the transportation departments of public service ability and management level.This paper focuses on the basic idea of the new concept of intelligent transportation, and analyzes the role of road intelligent transportation in the integrated transportation. In Yunnan Province, highway and waterway traffic, city of Yunnan Province as the breakthrough, road transport wisdom, a detailed analysis of the current situation, and on the traffic development under the new situation of public traffic management issues, actual demand and construction tasks are mainly discussed.This paper introduced the "13th Five-Year" in Yunnan Province, intelligent transportation target construction tasks, and the intelligent transportation construction of the content and methods of the detailed analysis and design are studied: government management,social services,technical means and construction content. This paper discusses the application of key technologies such as big data and cloud computing to achieve the goal, and puts forward the application method of Yunnan Province in the big data and cloud computing.Finally, the research and prospects in Yunnan Province, followed by "Internet plus",to promote the supply side reform policy under the guidance of the construction of policy decision of top-level design, data support and information sharing services,supervision and scheduling of integrated services, public transportation integrated information services and other content are discussed, for the Yunnan province intelligent transportation system to establish and perfect, provides a feasible short-term construction and improve management, so as to road transportation management and services to enhance the level of traffic, providing better service to the society to provide a reference.
