Research On The Application Of PPP Model In Cross Border Infrastrcture Construction

With the development of China's economy,the national capital began to seek to break through the political boundaries of the country,to find the best investment space and obtain high profits in the world.In order to solve the needs of the construction of the surrounding countries,PPP mode as a new force,is leading the Chinese enterprises to go abroad,to participate in international competition.In the world,the PPP model is becoming more and more mature,and it is a universal way of investment,and increasingly accepted by the world,Chinese enterprises have also opened the PPP model to try and explore.Based on the application of PPP model in cross-border projects,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the PPP model.This paper adopts "puts forward the research premise leads to the problem-Case Study-conclusion" the basic idea of writing,on the premise of issues related to the PPP mode are summarized,which leads to the key and difficulty of PPP mode in the cross-border project application,the research focuses on a specific case analysis,through the description and analysis of specific cases.Summary,obtained a series of practical experience,but also answer the previous question,finally take the sublimation of the way that some measures and suggestions for the application of PPP mode.First,this paper describes the background and significance of the study,from the"The Belt and Road" strategic background of China's economy,the new normal economic environment,and the reform of state-owned enterprises of mixed ownership in three aspects of research background are described;and the explanation of the theoretical significance and practical significance of research.And the development of China's PPP project to do a systematic exposition,at the same time pointed out that the current challenges and opportunities for enterprises to choose PPP projects.Secondly,this paper introduces the definition,connotation and essence of PPP model in detail,and illustrates the classification of PPP model in the form of graphs.Then,the difficulties and risks of cross-border PPP project are discussed,and the problems raised by the way of asking questions are raised.Next,select a cross-border Airport PPP project as an example,the case of a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and research,combined with project credibility analysis and construction cooperation framework,risk management,to build a business model of the project are analyzed in the process of using PPP model.Finally,the paper summarizes and sums up the countermeasures and suggestions of PPP mode in Chinese enterprises.
