In recent years, the deterioration of environment and the abuse of food additives, food safety problems emerge in endlessly, each food production enterprise must attach attention to the food safety problem. With the continuous development of food traceability theory , many governments and food companies are trying to build food traceability system, throughout the track record for the each link of the food production.
