Study On The Influence Of New Urbanization On The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In Anhui Province

Since the convening of the 18 th Party Congress,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to the development of new urbanization and put forward the important strategies and decision-making arrangements to promote the new urbanization.Urbanization is the key to modernize,with the strongest domestic demand potential and momentum.Compared with the traditional urbanization,the new urbanization is a comprehensive index integrating population,environment,society,economy and ecology.This paper comprehensively reflects the new urbanization indicators by constructing four indicators of population,economy,society and environment urbanization,among which the four indicators contain a number of sub-indicators.By using the entropy method,the weight of each sub-index of the new urbanization in each region is obtained by objective weighting,and the comprehensive index of the four indicators of the new urbanization in each region is obtained through the weighted average method.Taking into account the difference between economy and population in north and south of Anhui Province,this paper also composes the comprehensive index of four urbanization indicators in northern Anhui,Anhui and southern Anhui provinces.In order to fully and comprehensively and scientifically reflect the new towns The development of the situation.Accelerate the pace of industrial restructuring is to promote economic development is an important guarantee,but also practice the scientific development concept of the only way.On the whole,the key to economic development is the continuous optimization of industrial structure,to the process of high-level,that is,the process of sustainable economic development is the gradual upgrading of the industrial structure of the process.In this paper,the industrial structure is weighted by the weight of the industrial structure to calculate the scale of industrial upgrading to measure the upgrading of industrial structure,while the introduction of scientific and technological progress and investment,financial development and capital flows of the three control variables,and the new urbanization of the four core variables together,The influence of the new urbanization on the upgrading of industrial structure in the northern Anhui,Anhui and southern Anhui provinces was analyzed by empirical analysis.The empirical results show that the impact of the new urbanization and control variables on the upgrading of industrial structure is different in different regions.Economicurbanization promoted the upgrading of industrial structure in three regions.Social urbanization and population urbanization were driving the upgrading of industrial structure in Anhui and southern Anhui provinces,and had a negative impact on the northern Anhui region.Anhui area industrial structure upgrade,the impact on the Anhui region is negative.In addition,the financial support in the control variables has a positive effect on the upgrading of the industrial structure in Anhui and northern Anhui.The technological progress and investment have failed to actively promote the upgrading of industrial development in the three regions.The capital flows only upgrade the industrial structure in Anhui Have a positive effect.Finally,according to the results of the model estimation,this paper analyzes the reasons that the four new urbanizations have different effects on the upgrading of the industrial structure in each region,and puts forward some policy suggestions for the adjustment of the new urbanization and industrial structure.
