The factory production technology is continuously perfect,it become the new trend of the agricultural production with the rapid development of science and technology.Factory agribusiness based on the modern technology are gradually becoming the main force of agricultural production industry.Factory agribusiness combines features of agricultural production and factory production,it made out of agricultural production constraints of land and environmental.Through industrial production,factory agribusiness implements fine management of the agricultural production process and ensure to a great extent the quality and safety of agricultural products.Factory agribusiness have huge investment value in the current agricultural industry dominated by traditional production modern in China.Research on investment value of factory agribusiness is the objective confirmetion of factory production.Research of investment value of factory agribusiness is a complement to current research.Its comprehensive analysis of the internal and external factors of factory farming production value of firm,guiding the current agricultural investment is significant.Illustrated by the example of Liaoning Tianying biotechnology Co.,ltd in this dissertation,investment value of agriculture industrial production enterprises were analyzed.Dissertation from the internal and external environment of the two factors of the investment value analysis proceeds to analyze,it includes to study the situation of the enterprises,include the economic,demographic and social conditions,then the dissertation using Porter's five forces model and PEST model to analyzed the external condition;this dissertation have researched the financial status and operation management of the enterprise,analyze the internal condition of the enterprise,and analyze of static and dynamic investment value by SWOT model.The future net cash flow discount method and the P / E method are used to quantify the current value of the enterprise,confirmed that enterprise's investment value.On this basis,the dissertation puts forward some suggestions on investment and risks,and puts forward the risk control measures.Finally the thesis summarizes the investment value and risk of the agricultural industrialized production enterprise,and puts forward the key points of investment.Because of the high level of factory production technology in the industry of the selected cases,this dissertation has a certain one sidedness,in this time in the aspect of enterprise investment value analysis,the dynamic value of the enterprise is not analyzed in depth,misguide cause the analysis of investment value have shortcomings.It is hoped that the research on the investment of agricultural production enterprises in the future can be further studied in this field.
