| With the development of society and the improvement of the economics,manufacturing,as a main industry,develops rapidly.The rapid development of the manufacturing industry satisfies the growing demand of consumers.At the same time,with the growing number of factories and commodities,environmental pollution by industrial waste during production is becoming more and more serious.The waste and pollution of society is much more than the eco system can deal with.Human health and the eco system is suffering unprecedentedly.Under such a background,more and more scholars are focusing on how to balance environmental protection and economic development.In order to stave off environmental issues,a lot of countries and regions have already made environmental rules and laws as they vigorously advocate green production.Manufacturers have to change the way they produce.Green production is one of the solutions.Considering environmental factors into product design is one of the most important measures to balance economic development and environment protection,especially for the developing countries that are facing revolution in their designs of production.Enterprises would improve product's environmental performances due to the improvement of the public's environmental conscious by considering environmental factors into product design.As a result,it's particularly important to evaluate strategy aiming to improve environmental performance of products.Now,most related research aims at the environmental performance improvement for green production.They don't evaluate strategies systematically.Based on this background,this thesis suggests a theoretical framework for environmentally considered product redesign.This method evaluates strategies on both consumer side and enterprise side.The main research works of this thesis are as follows:(1)Build a theoretical framework for environmentally considered product redesign.This thesis analyzes product's environmental impact of every life cycle phase to achieve related customer requirements by Life Cycle Assessment(LCA)method.Using environmental factors,regular factors and cost related customer requirements as imput information of House of Quality,gets alternative proposals' evaluation by Quality Function Deployment(QFD).Lastly,produce the best proposal after considering both customer side and enterprise side.(2)Suggest a strategy evaluation method based on QFD,fuzzy Kano model,and R ough Analytic Hierarchy Process(RAHP).This method uses RAHP method to get the weight of consumer requirements(CR).Make classification of CR,competitive analysis and amendment of CR weight using fuzzy Kano model.Then,produce strategy evaluation by QFD.(3)A case,using this theoretical framework,is given.This thesis provides certain ideas and guidelines for strategy selection of green production. |
