With the increasing demand of global industrial transformation,manufacturing industry is developing in the direction of informationization,intelligence and environmental protection.The implementation of intelligent manufacturing can promote the transformation of production purpose and production mode of enterprises,and realize the interconnection of each subject and each link.As an important participant in the industrial chain,the supplier affects the overall efficiency of the supply chain,and a scientific and reasonable supply and demand relationship can promote long-term and stable cooperation between the two sides,especially in the context of intelligent manufacturing,it can also realize information sharing and promote healthy market construction,so the evaluation and selection of suppliers plays an important position and has research significance.From the perspective of supplier management,this paper focuses on supplier evaluation and selection,combining the actual procurement and considering the background of intelligent manufacturing,and conducts research on two aspects of supplier evaluation and selection index system and model construction for manufacturing enterprises.The research contents mainly include:Firstly,according to the characteristics of intelligent manufacturing background,the important indexes to be considered in supplier evaluation and selection are identified and analyzed by using literature analysis and Kano model analysis,and a supplier evaluation and selection index system based on intelligent manufacturing background is established to facilitate manufacturing enterprises to make procurement decisions from four objectives:product competitiveness,enterprise competitiveness,supply capability and informationization degree;Secondly,using the hesitant fuzzy exponential entropy to evaluate the comprehensive level of suppliers,combined into the established bilevel programming model,from the decision-making level both to maximize the retention of expert opinion of the original data,but also to balance the relationship between procurement costs and the comprehensive strength of suppliers,to make the most appropriate procurement decisions;Thirdly,using the established index system and evaluation and selection model,from the perspective of procurement of manufacturing enterprise A,the supplier evaluation and selection of B parts is analyzed as a case to find the optimal cooperation scheme for order allocation,and the development suggestions of supplier evaluation and selection in the context of intelligent manufacturing are proposed,which can verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the index system and evaluation method proposed in this paper,and also provide ideas for the future supplier management of manufacturing enterprises.Several studies have shown that taking the path of intelligent manufacturing is an important way to realize the transformation and upgrading of China’s industry.In this context,enterprises need to start from all aspects of production and manufacturing to enhance information interconnection,and this paper starts from the evaluation and selection of suppliers,which helps manufacturing enterprises to better realize supplier management,thus adding efficiency to the whole supply chain and gaining for the development of intelligent manufacturing.
