Abstract/Summary:
With the development of new retail model,traditional community convenience store operation pattern cannot adapt to the current business environment.It is important to improve the community convenience store operational excellence of warehousing and distribution,establish joint distribution center and optimize the operation management of joint distribution center,for the operational efficiency of the entire supply chain.In this paper,on the basis of the author in DCYC company work experience,analyzes the operation status of joint distribution logistics center,and references to the research methods of the current domestic and foreign distribution center operation management.puts forward the improvement scheme in the paper:In order to consummate the unreasonable distribution center internal functional zoning planning,using the system arrangement design(SLP)method,and using quantitative and qualitative research method analysis the problem of functional partition layout.Using the mode of wave selection,focusing on picking,reducing walking distance and improving the efficiency of picking.By taking advantage of the strategy of the initial and centralized regions to hit the shelves,reducing the walking distance in the process of returning the goods to the shelves and improving the efficiency of the overall return handling.By introducing the dynamic and dynamic inventory into the daily inventory,it can improve the accuracy of the database without affecting the daily operation of the distribution logistics center,so as to avoid overselling and improve customer satisfaction.Finally,the implementation and effect evaluation of the improvement program are introduced,and the deficiencies in the optimization plan and the prospect of future research are presented.
