The Manufacturing Facility Layout Design And Optimization Of ZH Company’s New Factory

With the continuous development of manufacturing industry,the original production mode can not meet the needs of the present.Many manufacturing enterprises need to build new plants, reconstruct or expand the original plant,in order to make the facility layout reasonable,further improve production efficiency and the competitiveness of products in the market.For manufacturing,if the facilities layout is scientific and reasonable or not is very important,and it will have a direct impact on the production system.Facility planning and design is an important course of industrial engineering,it determines the production and output channels.So,it has important practical significance for manufacturing industry to research on the layout design and selection of facilities.At first,the research background of this paper is introduced.Through the collation and analysis of domestic and foreign relevant literature,I understand the current situation of domestic and foreign research on facility layout,and then propose the purpose, significance, research content and method of this paper.The second,use the literature research method,review, collect and arrange the classical theory on facilities layout.It includes the meaning and principle of facility layout and the main method of facility layout design.The related theory of systematic layout planning is introduced in detail to lay the foundation for the following.The third,this paper introduces the consumption market of products and the basic situation of ZH enterprise.According to the relevant data, the layout of the factory is designed with the method of systematic layout.Then,adjust though the actual situation of ZH enterprise to get the primary plan.At last,use the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the primary scheme, and the optimal scheme is obtained.At last,follow up the layout planning of facilities,propose the scheme of material handling and 6S field management system.
