Study On Follow-up Compensation For Returning The Grain Land To The Forestry Based On The Farmer's Willingness

The policy of compensation for returning farmland to forests is directly related to the interests of farmers returning farmland,and whether results of the project of returning farmland to forestry could be effectively consolidated.Standing on the expiry of the two rounds of subsidies for conversion of farmland to forests,the article surveyed the farmers' returning farmland in Lanxing County,Shanxi Province,and analyzed the farmers' response to possible changes in future compensation policies,and further analyze the farmers' willingness to follow-up compensation Influencing factors were measured.The research showed that if the compensation is stopped,the possibility of deforestation and re-farming may occur.The mean value of follow-up reimbursement of returning farmland farmers in the investigation area is 2350.65 yuan/hm2 year,and there is a big difference in the area.The farmer age,desertification degree,Income,farmers'understanding of the ecological benefits of returning farmland to forests,the evaluation of the opportunity cost of returning farmland and the degree of impact of returning farmland subsidies have a significant impact on the subsequent compensation willingness of farmers.Finally,the paper analyzed the data obtained by the relevant theoretical research results and the empirical analysis,and given a series of opinions and suggestions with strong pertinence and feasibility,including:(1)After the second round of compensation,continue to provide certain cash compensation;(2)Targeted establishment of the compensation mechanism;(3)To enhance the understanding of ecological construction of farmers;(4)To strengthen science and technology;(5)To strengthen the technical training of labor to improve the transfer of labor in the farmer.
