With the rapid economic growth of our country,the competition between enterprises is more and more fierce.How to give full play to its unique competitive advantage in the fierce market environment,effective human resources management will fundamentally solve this problem.Performance appraisal,as the key link in human resource management,is the main means to achieve strategic management.Therefore,the design of a scientific,reasonable and effective performance appraisal system is an important measure for enterprises to adapt to the market environment,as well as a strong guarantee to strengthen the standardization management of business groups in the future.This paper studies the performance appraisal system of the sales personnel of Panjin XL Group,and does the following work: Firstly,it combs through the related documents of performance appraisal,summarizes the relevant theory of performance appraisal and the domestic and foreign performance appraisal practice.Second,combining the actual work of performance evaluation of the sales staff of Panjin XL Group,through the questionnaire survey of the current performance evaluation,to carry out an empirical analysis.The results show that the current performance evaluation system of Panjin XL group has problems such as single subject,unreasonable evaluation cycle,imperfect evaluation index system,unscientific evaluation method,unreasonable application of performance evaluation results and poor communication feedback.The existence of these problems is mainly related to the imperfect supporting system,the lack of training mechanism,the lack of implementation of performance culture,the inadequate organizational system and so on.Third,we redesigned the performance evaluation system of the performance evaluation subject,performance evaluation cycle,performance evaluation index system,performance evaluation method,application of performance evaluation results,performance evaluation communication and feedback,and put forward the implementation guarantee from system,training,culture,organization,thought and execution.
