How to develop and grow in the fierce market competition has become the social reality that the vast number of enterprises have to face.In this case,enterprises have to pay attention to the improvement of core competitiveness.In the process of human management,personnel training and assessment are extremely important aspects,which is also an important aspect of the development of modern enterprises.Effective performance appraisal can effectively promote the realization of enterprise strategy.Based on this,this paper will focus on exploring from an empirical perspective.How to improve the performance appraisal level of enterprises.From the perspective of sales staff of Warren Electronics Company,this paper carries out performance appraisal research,launches questionnaire survey and field interviews in the process of research,combs the status quo of sales staff appraisal,and carries out potential reasons for the problems.Discuss,and then provide reference for promoting the performance appraisal level of sales staff of Warren Electronics Company.As for the performance appraisal of sales staff of Hualun Electronics Company,the main problems are as follows:the performance appraisal index is relatively single,the main body of appraisal is less,the application of appraisal results is not reasonable,and the feedback and communication of appraisal are not enough.These problems are not conducive to the promotion of sales staff's work enthusiasm.Use.Therefore,on the basis of combining quantitative and qualitative assessment,and according to the characteristics of salesmen's posts,we adopt targeted subdivision assessment.We set weights,assessment cycle and evaluation criteria for the two major categories of indicators respectively.At the same time,we put forward strengthening performance announcement,timely communication and feedback,etc.Measures to promote sales staff performance appraisal level.
