Innovation Study On The Coordinated Development Of New Urbanization And Ecological Civilization Demonstration Area In Fujian Province

Fujian Province is located in the southeast coast of China,with the accelerated pace of reform and opening up,Fujian's urbanization level from below the nationl average developed to today's top 10.The traditional urbanization not only promoted the economic and social development but also lead to a lot of ecological problems.In the face of these problems,the government proposed that we should take the road of new urbanization.In 2014,Fujian Province became the first demonstration area of ecological civilization in China.Under the dual pressures of development and protection,how to realize the coordinated development of the two is an urgent problem to be solved in Fujian Province at present.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the coordinated development of the new urbanization and eco-civilization demonstration area in Fujian Province.There are six chapters in this paper to study the coordinated development of the new urbanization and eco-civilization demonstration area in Fujian Province.The first chapter explains the background and significance of the topic.And it makes a literature review on foreign and domestic studies on the relationship between urbanization and eco-environment to determine the focus of this paper.The second chapter mainly elaborates the relevant theories of the new urbanization and eco-civilization demonstration area and the theoretical basis of the coordinated development of the two.These relevant theories provide the theoretical basis for the follow-up study.Through PSR model the third chapter analyzes the mechanism of the coordinated development of the new urbanization and ecological civilization demonstration area in Fujian Province.And then puts forward the conclusion that the construction of eco-civilization demenstration area provides the inner power and important guarantee for the new urbanization construction,the new urbanization is an important carrier and implementation path to the construction of eco-civilization demenstration area.Chapter four analyzes the status of the new urbanization in Fujian from the aspects of urbanization level,infrastructure,basic public service and resource&environment,then draws three obvious characteristics:the development quality improved steadily,the gap between the interior and the coasts remains wide,the development effect of small towns are obvious.The status of the eco-civilization demonstration area in Fujian was analyzed in 4 aspects:ecological economy,ecological living environment,eco-environment and ecological system,and then concludes three characteristics of the status:Fujian Province has a good ecological foundation,the differences between areas are small and the government plays a major role in the construction of ecological civilization demenstration area.In the fifth chapter,the comprehensive evaluation index of the new urbanization and eco-civilization construction of the 9 regions in Fujian Province from 2006 to 2015 was obtained by the principal component analysis.Secondly,the coupling coordination model is used to measure the level of the coordinated development of the nine cities in Fujian Province from 2006 to 2015.It is concluded that the level of the coordinated development of the nine cities is steadily increasing and the Amoy keep the highest level all the time.And then reflect its changes on the map by using GeoDa,Then combined with the above-mentioned study to analyze the results of the coocdinated development level of the nine regions in Fujian Province.Finally,this chapter analyze the convergence of the coordinated development degree in Fujina Province,and draw the conclusion that it will eventually converge to a steady state.Combined with the previous analysis,the sixth chapter puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the level of coordinated development in Fujian Province.
