The Coordinated Development Research Of Urbanization Of The Three Ecological Areas In Fujian Province

Urbanization contains the huge potential of domestic demand,and it's also the largest kinetic energy of development.Along with economic development,population increasing to agglomeration in urban areas,the regional difference of the city and the problems of environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious.In May 2015,the government pointed out in the new national urbanization planning(2014-2020),that designing urbanization layout on a macro level scientifically,promoting the coordinated development between forming all kinds of cities and small towns of a complete urban system,cannot be without the vigorously promotion of green urbanization.Thus,in the current China's urbanization development,ecological civilization has occupied a particularly critical position.In recent years,the urbanization of Fujian province has obtained the remarkable development,but because it is in the key period of industrialization and the accelerated shift process of urbanization,many facilities' construction projects had increasingly strong demand for space,gradually eroded the limited arable land and green ecological space.At the same time,the urbanization development presents a inharmonious situation in different regions,and is not conducive to the further improvement of the level and quality of the urbanization of Fujian province.Therefore,in the future industrial production and city construction in Fujian province,to study how to control the important area,promote the green model in the production,consumption and daily life,encourage regional urbanization construction to organically unify,will be able to enrich the content of this field in Fujian province urbanization well.The inharmonious regional urbanization is the embodiment of the result of effects of many factors.In previous study exploring the causes of the formation of inharmony,the center of endogenous variables are usually direct economic variables,but only doing researches around economic factors such as the GDP per capita results in the research being not comprehensive and deep enough.Along with the development and upgrading of urbanization,other factors,especially the direct and indirect effect of ecological factors cannot be ignored.As the innovation anddevelopment of the new economic geography theory keep pace with the times,that economic and social activities in space have significant correlation was all agreed,the theory system of regional harmonious development has been consolidated,and is constantly improved.In the condition that the research is necessary and theoretical and empirical methods are both feasible,based on the ecological elements as the breakthrough point,this paper divides Fujian province into three ecological areas as the primary research units,and 67 statistical units at the county level for the secondary units,covering the various factors including the ecology,with Theil index method from two dimensions of time and area,to measure regional coordinated development situation of urbanization,and use the panel data model of the convergence of difference to comparatively analysis the causes of the uncoordinated regional urbanization development.The research results show that in the area of the low level of urbanization,developing economy,to strengthen the construction of infrastructure,improving the quality of public service can make the district differences of urbanization significantly narrowed,but the unreasonable structure of industry and investment will cause irreversible damage to the fragile ecological environment,which restricts regional coordinated development of urbanization.But in the middle and later periods of the development of urbanization,environmentally friendly ways such as improving region ecological environment,leading to the transformation of the green industrial system are more effective to promote the coordinated development of regional urbanization.On the basis of the above theoretical and empirical results,to strengthen coordination in the interior of the three regions and between different regions as a starting point,this paper provides the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the future of regional harmonious development of urbanization in Fujian province,hoping to promote the province's urbanization development towards a higher level.
