In today's world market competition is fierce,companies want to be in an invincible position in such a fierce battlefield like the modern market economy,we must make full use of the enterprise's various effective resources,and the enterprise's various resources need people to be managed and executed.Human resource management is the sum of the methods of rational allocation,effective development,full utilization and scientific management of human resources.Human resources,is the cornerstone of a business growth.For a business can do bigger and stronger,the key lies in the number and quality of human resources.From a strategic point of view,human resources is a long-term strategic wealth of enterprises,human resources management in the enterprise management status is also more and more attractive to business managers.Employee satisfaction is the subjective reflection of the individual's objective environment,which is one of the important indexes to measure the level of enterprise management.It is helpful to improve the performance management level of the enterprise by providing the basis for the analysis of the employee's satisfaction degree and obtaining the weight of the satisfaction dimension,so as to provide the basis for the further refinement and quality management of the employees and improve the effectiveness of the human resource management work.Especially in the performance evaluation indicators which are set more scientifically,we can get the most real thoughts of the depths of corporate employees for the construction of enterprise staff to provide construction and development of new ideas,contribute to the internal team building.So as to enhance the team's ability to cooperate with each other,improve the efficiency of the team,we can promote the scientific analysis of enterprises to improve the level of scientific decision-making enterprises to enhance their employees to protect their own interests of the right to reflect the corporate democracy management and human management.This paper selected Z Group which is a well-known state-owned enterprises in the province,has a long history with the same age of the Republic.In recent years under the severe economic situation at home and abroad it has a certain impact on the company's production and operation have.The management mode of state-owned enterprises in the market competition,especially in the local economic environment of the market economy,exposed some problems.Especially in recent years,the turnover rate of employees is getting higher and higher,the production and operation also encountered a variety of deep-seated management issues,the difficulty of human resources management work continues to increase,so we take this opportunity to study Z group employee satisfaction analysis which is very necessary.In this paper,through the literature research,the theory of employee satisfaction was sorted out,and the research foundation of this thesis was established.In this paper,the questionnaire was used to design the questionnaire according to the single factor analysis method and the comprehensive analysis method,and the data of the questionnaire survey were used to analyze the status quo and influencing factors of employee satisfaction,finally it put forward the corresponding research to improve employee satisfaction.
