Since the reform and opening-up policy commercial banks in mounting numbers and a large number of foreign banks have been set up in china.The fierce competitions between banks,variously financial products and high-quality of services and so on have made the sales account manager bear high job stress.For the sake of making study on the sales account manager's job status of stress and stress management strategies in ICBC(Industrial and Commercial Bank of China),baxian Sub-Branch,this research is based on sales account manager of ICBC baxian Sub-Branch as the object of study.In the form of questionnaire and informal discussion,the writer found that work pressure of sales account manager of ICBC baxian Sub-Branch was high.Passive job result from high work stress and few people would automatically try to finish their tasks.furthermore,ICBC baxian Sub-Branch have decreased in the area of not only loans,deposits but also other intermediary business.more and more sales account managers choose to join in the civil service examination,and other examination for the excessive job pressure in ICBC,baxian Sub-Branch.The aims of this paper is to solve the above mentioned issues,manage to reconstruct a comprehensive management system and relieve the sales account manager's high work pressure status.Firstly,this paper cited literature review,and briefly summarized the work pressure of relating research and achievements,work pressure sources,and coping strategies,which is based on the study of working pressure and pressure management.Secondly,this paper uses bank jobholders' working stress source test scale questionnaire that developed by Yajie Qiao,and this theory of three factors invented by Robbins as guidance.employees have been made discussion and I analyzed the collected data by SPSS 19.0 software to acquaint working pressure situation in ICBC baxian Sub-Branch.Thirdly,on the basis of the data analysis results,this paper concludes the staff working pressure's resources from the following aspects——environmental factors,personal factors,and organizational factors.Finally,based on the analysis of the investigation results,this paper finally forms a comprehensive set of job stress management system from the personal,environment and organization coping strategies.This system could improve the current situation of sales account manager's job stress,decline employee's job—hopping rate,and bring the reference for the employees' stress management work of ICBC.
