With the development of the new normal economy and the constant relaxation of the monetary policy,some major commercial banks are facing external competitive pressure from external business competition as well as from internal pressure for survival and development.the public demand for financial products and services is increasing day by day,and the competition among commercial Banks is becoming increasingly fierce.Relying on the difference between deposit and loan,the profit margin of the traditional banking business is getting smaller and smaller.The development of the retail business is ebcoming a new way outIn order to further the retail business,the major commercial Banks are constantly developing new businesses,expanding new channels and expanding the ranks of individual account managers.But at the same time,commercial Banks are also faced with various challenges.For example:Profit of retail business and intermediate business income grow slowly;The workflow of the retail line is not reasonable;Personal account manager own ability promotion insufficiency,work lacks the enthusiasm and so on.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study a reasonable individual account manager performance appraisal system.In this paper,the individual account manager team of agricultural bank of China WZ branch is taken as the sample to conduct a survey on the current situation.Through on-the-spot understanding of the existing performance appraisal system of agricultural bank of China WZ sub-branch and the use of questionnaires to understand the staff's subjective feedback information on the existing performance management.The performance management of individual account manager of agricultural bank of China WZ sub-branch is studied and analyzed.On this basis,combined with the balanced scorecard(BSC),the individual account manager performance system of agricultural bank of China WZ sub-branch was optimized.Based on the business strategy of agricultural bank of China WZ sub-branch,the balanced scorecard converts the strategic vision and goals of agricultural bank of China WZ sub-branch into measurable indicators.It not only measures financial indicators,but also gives consideration to market customers,internal processes,innovation learning and other aspects,providing new ideas for optimizing the performance assessment of individual account manager of agricultural bank of China WZ sub-branch.Emphasize the work characteristics of individual account managers.In addition,a more active salary distribution system has been established.On the one hand,it more clearly reflects the implementation of performance appraisal and is a kind of incentive for employees.The optimization index has improved the performance appraisal system of individual account manager of agricultural bank of China WZ sub-branch in all aspects.
