With the increase of labor productivity and income growth,the escalation of residents' needs has led to a gradual decline in the proportion of people's demand for goods and increasingly attention has been paid to the service occupations.However,the ever-increasing contradiction between service demand and low-efficient service value creation is imminent,and we need to resolve how to maximize the value created by service companies.their various value activities can't be separated from the support of multi-stakeholder(Hereinafter abbreviation as ms)especially the process of production and consumption can't be separated from the needs of customer value.Therefore,it's necessary to consider the multiple interests value impact of customers,creditors,employees,etc.First,this study elaborates on the value co-creation mechanism of the ms collaboration of service companies,and summarizes the concept and composition of service value of ms cooperation;Also constructing the ms model of co-creation of value and the mathematical model for maximizing the value of service in the ms collaboration and co-creation system is described.Then based on the feasibility analysis of DEA in measuring value co-creation,we use the two-stage chained DEA model to create a ms value co-creation as a service company to integrate resources into the intermediate stage of the final gain,thereby creating a service enterprise value innovation Divided into two subsystems to explore and clarify the internal structure.Utilizing the current DEA model NEBM,at the same time maximizing the ms collaborative value creation,it needs to be determined by combining super-efficiency ideas,thus constituting the core model and idea of ms collaborative service enterprise value co-creation evaluation.Finally,the communication service industry was used as an empirical research object,and 23 companies were taken as samples of this study to verify the feasibility of the NEBM model for value creation evaluation research,Based on the results of empirical research,it provides new ideas for decision planners to take charge of corporate governance.
