Research On Performnce Evaluation And Promotion Of International Strategic Alliance Between China And Asean Manufacturing Enterises

China and ASEAN countries have a profound "geopolitical" relationship,and the trade contacts between China and ASEAN countries have been long and expanded.At the same time,as China has gradually developed into a major manufacturing country in the world,Chinese manufacturing enterprises have formed various forms of international strategic alliances with ASEAN manufacturing enterprises in order to open up a large market of nearly 600 million people in ASEAN.However,transnational strategic alliance is a complex system.In the process of "going global" enterprises are influenced by a lot of factors inside and outside the alliance,resulting in the low value of alliance creation,and the overall performance of multinational strategic alliance is not ideal.How to ensure and improve the performance of the alliance has become the focus of attention,so this paper mainly studies the performance evaluation and promotion of the multinational alliance between China and ASEAN manufacturing enterprises.From the perspective of value creation,this paper first analyzes the mechanism of the multinational strategic alliance performance between China and ASEAN manufacturing enterprises.On this basis,according to the application principle of Cobb-Douglas production function,combined with the extended Delphi method to select the indicators of performance impact factors,according to the actual situation of transnational strategic alliance,a good performance evaluation index system is established.Then,the enterprises of specific transnational strategic alliance are introduced as the research case,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to assign the index,the AHP method is used to empower the index,and the case analysis is carried out.At last,on the basis of value engineering.The paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance of transnational strategic alliance,and through the evaluation and analysis of alliance performance,it is expected to be beneficial to the performance improvement of transnational strategic alliance of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.
