In recent years,agricultural industrialization has accelerated the development of China's agricultural industry.Among them,the leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization are the key to promoting this process.It has been difficult for decentralized management of small farmers to integrate into large markets.Leading enterprises in the agricultural industry are representatives of advanced productive forces,which provide bridges and bonds for farmers to participate in the market,and they also play an active role in promoting agricultural restructuring and extending the agricultural industrial chain.Zhucheng is an area where China's agricultural product processing industry was developed earlier.The leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Zhucheng have played a crucial role.However,in recent years,the number of state-level agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Zhucheng do not risen but have declined,and most companies' financing capacity is also in urgent need of improvement.Operational performance and development prospects are worrying.With the successive exposure of quality issues of agricultural products and people's close attention to sustainable development,the social responsibility and environmental responsibility of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization have attracted the attention of the public.Under this background,constructing the analysis framework and index system for the comprehensive performance evaluation of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Zhucheng can not only provide a reference for the correct assessment of the social value and corporate strategy of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Zhucheng,but also can assistZhucheng Agriculture.The leading enterprises of industrialization have sustained and healthy development.First of all,based on the systematic explanation of the theory of agricultural industrialization,the paper establishes the primary indicators of economic performance,social performance and environmental performance.The Index System of Comprehensive Performance Evaluation of Leading Enterprises of Agricultural Industrialization.Secondly,taking DELISI Group as an example,we use the analytic hierarchy process to weight the influencing factors of the company's economic performance,social performance and environmental performance,and to study the overall performance of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization.The weighted data is multiplied by the standardized data,and then the overall performance of DELISI Group from 2013 to 2017 is obtained.The results show that DELISI Group's economic performance scores are high and social and environmental performance scores are low.Over the past five years,economic performance has been declining year by year,and it has not been able to rebound until 2017;social performance has remained basically unchanged;and environmental performance has shown an upward trend.Finally,some specific suggestions for improving the performance of leading agricultural enterprises in Zhucheng were put forward.To improve the overall performance of enterprises and achieve sustainable development of enterprises,the relationship between economic performance,social performance,and ecological performance should be properly handled in order to effectively promote the realization of agricultural industrialization goals.
