Supplier management is one of the important contents of material management in electric power enterprises.There are a large number of material suppliers in electric power enterprises.The evaluation and management ability of suppliers has a very important influence on the stable development of electric power enterprises.It has a direct relationship with the security and reliability of the power grid.The fair and objective evaluation of supplier qualification can effectively maintain the cooperation relationship between enterprises,strengthen the relationship between enterprises,drive the development of the whole industry,improve the construction of social facilities through the development of electric power enterprises,provide a sound social security system,promote the growth of the people's livelihood,and realize the development of the core competitiveness.The construction of world-class energy Internet companies has important and far-reaching significance.Therefore,it is of great practical value to evaluate the qualification of material suppliers in electric power enterprises.With the continuous expansion of the "13th Five-Year" country's investment in the basic construction of the power grid,the electric power enterprises,as the promoters of the industrial chain of the power industry,have a great responsibility to ensure the safe operation of the power grid.In order to further ensure the safety of power grid operation and improve the quality of supply of equipment and materials supplied by the material suppliers of the power enterprises,on the basis of the research on the management theory and the qualification evaluation method of the material suppliers of the power enterprises,this paper carries out the research on the qualification evaluation of the material suppliers of the electric power enterprises,taking the Shandong electric power company as an example.Based on the different types and characteristics of power grid materials,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and Research on the management structure of material suppliers and their related problems,and combines the formulation of the qualification evaluation method of the material suppliers and the actual research work,and constructs the enterprise environment,internal situation and service ability based on the suppliers.The supplier qualification evaluation index system of five aspects,such as delivery capability and response ability,evaluates supplier's comprehensive strength from the aspects of supplier's social and economic environment,financial situation,supply quality,operation cost,service level(contract performance,installation and commissioning status,after service level).It will lead the supplier to provide better service for the company,reduce the total cost of the company's supplier relationship management,improve the efficiency of the company and the comprehensive competitive ability of the market,so as to promote the overall development of the company.The paper chooses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the index weight of the material supplier qualification evaluation of the power enterprise,constructs the evaluation system,and carries out the application research on the qualification evaluation of the material supplier of Shandong electric power company.Through the actual case analysis,it demonstrates the effectiveness and the easy operation of the evaluation system.The standard system can be more comprehensive and effective to realize the qualification evaluation of suppliers,so as to provide some theoretical support and practical reference for the management and cooperation of the power enterprise material suppliers in power enterprises of our country.
