The Research Of Grid Material Supplier Selection Of Considering The Logistics Process

With the deepening of the openness degree of electricity market and the rapid growth of social power consumption, the contradiction between power supply and demand is becoming more and more obvious, so do the competition between power grid enterprises. In order to satisfy the social demand of electricity power and enhance the market competitiveness, enterprises should not only speed up the construction and retrofit of the grid infrastructure but also ensure the service quality and level of power supply. Therefore,high quality supplying is a must to guarantee all of this. However, there are numerous grid material suppliers in current society, on the way of establishing a good partnership, it is significant for grid industry enterprises to find a scientific and effective way to select and evaluate those suppliers, so the grid material enterprises could purchase high quality goods economically and efficiently,then improve the material purchasing effectiveness and reduce procurement costs, and to improve the stability of the enterprise operation.Based on the related theory of supplier evaluation and selection,the article was started from the current situation of domestic power grid material supplier selection and management. And then the supplier evaluation index system was constructed with the help pf the related knowledge of analytic hierarchy process of network,and establish a scientific evaluation system for power grid material suppliers,then select effective evaluation methods to help power grid enterprises measure the true state of the supplier from reputation,financial condition,product quality,service and the cost of operation and maintenance. With a view to enterprises of electric power corporation to choose proper suppliers,implement the intensive supplies management work for grid company to provide a certain degree of theoretical support and practical reference.By synthesizing the current research results and combining the method of Analytic Network Process (ANP),the software of Super Decisions(SD),evaluation index system theory and the characteristics of the power supply enterprises,a material supplier evaluation index system which including21indicating factors was established from the following four aspects:Product competitiveness of supply enterprises, Competitiveness within the enterprises, External environment of Suppliers and Cooperative ability of supply enterprises, through reading a lot of literature, interviewing experts and field visits so as to analyses the problems of the current grid material supplier selection.Then the Analytic Network Process (ANP) was chosen to evaluate the Grid material suppliers,the principles and steps of grid material suppliers selection was confirmed by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various supplier evaluation methods. And later assured the evaluation index system through three manners include literature reading,field researching,interviewing expert.And next classified the indicators,analyzed the network structure and its mutual influence, besides the ANP supplier evaluation model was constructed. At last, the scientific empirical results were generated by evaluating three grid material suppliers in Beijing area according to the ANP evaluation model and the supplier evaluation index system, with a comprehensive evaluation though the mode and analyzes the results to obtain the reasonable border, which verified the practicability of ANP evaluation model and the supplier evaluation index system and would be a significant reference for electric power industries.
