First Phase Of The Shenyang Gold Base Z Project Economic Evaluation Research

Based on the analysis of economic benefit as the main research direction,this paper analyzes the financial profitability,financial solvency and uncertainty of the economic benefit evaluation index of the first phase of the Gemdale Z project in Shenyang.In this paper,firstly,we combined the economic situation at home and abroad,then we use the relevant theoretical knowledge of economic benefit evaluation index to the Shenyang Z project phase of the selection,through the research on the economic benefit of the project and project related materials on their years of analysis,establish the project economic benefit evaluation index system analysis and evaluation on the economic benefit of the Shenyang Z project phase,and draw the conclusion.Based on the previous research and the influence in the economic benefit analysis factor analysis based on the evaluation index system is constructed,and the economic benefits of the project are evaluated,rich theproject construction theory in ShenyangGemdale Z project,also has certain practical significance.This article mainly launches the research from five parts:The first chapter is the introduction,including five parts,briefly introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the research,reviews and evaluates the status of research at home and abroad,the research contents,research methods and technical route are described,the research innovations of this paper are summarized.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of project economic evaluation,the connotation of project economic evaluation are discussed,from the three aspects of the project economic evaluation,economic evaluation of projects and the evaluation index system is discussed,and the economic evaluation of the method used in this paper project in detail.The third chapter is the overview of the construction project of Shenyang Z project phase,several introduction,from the project development unit of the project construction scale and the environment and the project construction scheme and other aspects of the project construction were introduced,and the project market analysis from the three aspects of the purchase policy,market supply and demand,the target consumer groups,at the same time on the project the estimated investment cost.The fourth chapter is the analysis and evaluation of the construction project of Shenyang Z project phase,estimate,from basic data analysis,financial analysis of the profitability of financial liquidity and uncertainty analysis of four aspects of a detailed calculation and analysis.The fifth chapter is the research conclusions and suggestions,research contents and results of this paper are summarized,and put forward and help to further improve the Shenyang gold Z project proposals economic benefits of a construction project,and puts forward the direction and Prospect of the next research.The economic benefit of project evaluation of Shenyang Gemdale Z project,the conclusion of the study shows that this evaluation in the early stages of a project,the Shenyang Z project risk of a period of financial profitability and investment subject project is acceptable.At the same time,the construction of the project will help improve the living standards of the local,create jobs,promote economic development,the local economic and social development also has a positive role in promoting.
