With the CBRC's request that financial institutions such as banks should implement a full-scale appraisal and estimation of green credit on a biennial basis and submit the results regularly.The China Banking Regulatory Commission also requested that the banking supervision institution must make an overall assessment of the effect of predicting the green credit of the banking financial institutions and treat the results obtained through the assessment as the supervision rating of the banking financial institutions,departmental access and transactional approval The key criteria for performance evaluation of executives and executives.It is urgent and necessary to evaluate the effect of green credit in banking financial institutions..However,at present,the evaluation methods for the implementation effect of green credit are not comprehensive enough in scope of evaluation and can not quantify the evaluation results,which brings difficulties in comparison with the evaluation units and fails to meet the need of comprehensively evaluating the implementation effect of green credit.The application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in Liaocheng has comprehensive and quantitative advantages.However,it has not been widely applied because the evaluation object is limited to commercial banks.The green credit business needs to be fully evaluated,and the reasons for the quantitative evaluation meet the conditions for using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.A Bank is the first person practicing the green credit business in the research area.Its green credit is implemented for learning by other banks,Representative.Therefore,this article is based on a comprehensive,qualitative and quantitative evaluation of bank green credit.This paper uses qualitative and quantitative analysis,from individual to general analysis method,takes A Bank as the research object and evaluates the implementation effect of its green credit by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.First,it sets up the evaluation index of A Bank's green finance implementation and then passes Questionnaire method to collect the data,the data processing,set of factors to determine the set of comments and determine the weight set,and finally come to the specific evaluation of each indicator.The empirical research results show that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can be applied to the bank's green credit evaluation to achieve a comprehensive evaluation,the quantitative results for the purpose of comparison.Based on the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper concludes the pros and cons of the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and puts forward some general suggestions for the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
