| The industrial tourism as an innovative way of corporate brand and emerging tourism based on experience is not only popular among people but also favored by industrial enterprises.Many industrial enterprises have invested largely in tourism projects but its implementation effect is unsatisfactory.So what aspects should enterprises pay attention to when exploring industrial tourism projects? And how can the performance of the project be scientifically managed and assessed? All these problems call for the academic community to establish the evaluation index system of industrial tourism projects to evaluate its implementation effect.Through the survey interview and documentary research and the second-hand information of the enterprises,this study takes Ju Xiangyuan in Zhongshan city,Guangdong province as the case.Based on three dimensions of enterprise efficiency,social responsibility and customer value,this study has constructed the evaluation model of industrial tourism implementation effect.Indexes are selected and improved by expert evaluation method,related mathematical calculation and expert opinions.Then the final evaluation system made up of 4 first level indexes and 15 second level indexes comes into being.Among those first level indexes are indirect economic benefit,social benefit,customer cognitive value and customer emotional value.What's more,AHP method is applied to grant weights to each layer index and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method is used to test and evaluate the implementation effect of Ju Xiangyuan industrial tourism project.Finally,this paper makes a corresponding analysis and explanation of the evaluation results and puts forward specific suggestions of the relevant issues.The result shows that:(1)the best effect of the industrial tourism project in Ju Xiangyuan is the indirect economic benefit brought about by it.And the project has gained some achievements in the maintenance of corporate image,brand culture advertisement,popular science knowledge teaching and customer word of mouth.While there still exist some problems of consumer information feedback,the industry alliance enhancement for common development,presentation of the industrial tourism scene and realization of the needs of tourists to enjoy the leisure.in this industrial tourism.(2)Learn from the experience of Ju Xiangyuan,other industrial enterprises can evaluate the industrial tourism situation from the enterprise itself,the social environment and the consumer three aspects and should pay attention to product and service,brand culture,industry alliance and experiential consumption patterns when carry out the industrial tourism project. |
