With the development of electronic information industry and advanced manufacturing technology,the quantity of e-waste is increasing year by year,which brings great pressure on environmental protection.At the same time,the promotion of social economy and environmental protection consciousness make people pay more attention to resource recycling.E-waste contains a variety of precious resources,with high value of recycling.Therefore,how to realize the reutilization of e-waste has become the focus of the whole society.This dissertation first discusses the background of e-waste recycling and disposal in China.By summarizing the relevant literatures,it analyzes the system dynamics(SD)and its application status in the field of e-waste recycling,and then proposes the necessity of reasonable design and application of closed loop supply chain(CLSC)recycling mode.Based on these analyses,it constructs three kinds of e-waste recycling mode,which are respectively dominated by manufacturers,retailers and the third-party enterprises.The SD method is used to analyze the modeling purposes,assumptions and system boundaries of different recycling models.The corresponding causal loop diagram and flow diagram are established by Vensim.The validity of the models is proved by means of parameter estimation testing,extreme testing and sensitivity testing.The simulation results show that these models can reflect the real regulation and be used to simulate the policy analysis.Taking the domestic famous household electrical appliance production enterprise-Gree group as a case,this dissertation analyzes the reality situation of China's e-waste recycling work.Through the comparative analysis of total revenue,market share and the effect of e-waste recycling,it evaluates the policy effect of implementing the three kinds of recycling mode above.The results show that the total revenue of the supply chain in the recycling mode dominated by manufacturers is higher than that of retailers and the third-party enterprises under the condition of stochastic market demand,while the market share and the recycling effect of e-waste in the recycling mode dominated by the third-party enterprises are better than that of manufacturers and retailers.Finally,according to the simulation results,the corresponding suggestions are put forward. |
