Telecom Optimization Marketing Channel

The economic development has promoted the growth of the telecom market,and the internet has further invaded the field of telecom industry,the competition then arises between the operators.In such a competitive market environment based on the status of the telecom market,the telecom operators should fully excavate the channel resources,make innovations on channel management to strengthen the channel advantages in telecommunication for the core competitiveness and the improvement of management ability in the channel competition aiming at customer' demands.This work analyzed and reviewed the development of China telecom industry and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various telecom channels at home and abroad,which can be used as the basis for improving telecom channels.The overall status of ChinaTelecom JD Branch and its marketing channel was summarized.At the same time,the external environment,industry environment and development environment were analysed using PEST,SWOT and FIVE FORCE theory.The strengths and weaknesses were compared for the marketing channel of China Telecom.According to the problems found in the marketing channel of China Telecom JD Branch,the optimized strategy was provided specifically for the telecom marketing channel from the three aspects of direct channel,physical channel and electronic channel,and the key to solve the problem was pointed out;From the four aspects of motivation,synergy,conflict and differentiation,the strategy about the channel management was optimized.In short,the synergy effect can be obtained for all the channels through the channel improvement and management optimization,and ultimately the operating capacity will be improved.
